I've used this company four times and would never use anyone else--they are fast-professional and when they leave you would never know they are gone except the trees are gone. The trees they removed for me were huge and totaled more than 25. Ken gives you the estimate and schedules the work and keeps you informed--very easy to work with. They probably aren't the cheapest but they are the best and worth every penny..

Do not go to anyone else! They actually reply quickly to any need or call! Yep, that's a new one. Ken Anderson and his crew are professional, fast, and don't forget you once they've gone. Cleanup is amazing, as well, when they are done. Spend your money wisely and with the right people!

What a wonderful experience!!! These guys are the ultimate in professional, efficient, organized & amazing. They all work in a perfect balance and go above & beyond what is expected. My back yard was a dense mess of trees & now it's a light & inviting yard! I'm so thankful for these guys.

These guys have the tools and knowledge to get the job done. High quality tools and knowledge to cut down very large trees and make very little impact on the property around the tree. Very professional and polite.

As you might have discovered , shopping for tree removal can be a pain in the butt. Certain services (not naming names) don't answer the phone, return your calls, follow up with you, conduct themselves professionally or have reasonable prices.
I had NONE of those issues with Big John's. Mr. Ken Anderson was the contact person and was great to deal with. I was given a fair quote and after after shopping around, got back with Mr Anderson. I didn't have to wait weeks for the crew to show up. They were on time and very efficient, safe and fast, as in about an hour from to start to finish. An easy service to deal with, and I'll be using them again.

Ken & his crew did a fantastic job. They worked in tight area & cut exactly what we needed taken down. They put all the debris right where we wanted it. Our retaining wall suffered some very minor damage & they repaired it immediately without discussion. No other damage whatsoever.Top notch professional crew. Fair pricing. Highly recommended.

I want to thank Ken and his incredible crew. They are knowledgeable and did an excellent and professional job. The crew removed a couple of trees and grinded an old stump quickly and efficiently. All the debris was cleaned up. The company has all the high-tech equipment needed to do the job. I HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys did an awesome job! They are very friendly, hardworking crew!!!

We had Ken and his workers come out and take out some trees for us. They were fantastic! . They had a truck to take away the debris. They had a bucket truck to get to the tops. They had a Bobcat thing to move the wood. They were fantastic with the clean up.

Very pleased - promptly done well when promised

My back yard was pretty much a jungle what with all the fence overgrowth and a very invading climbing vine. But even though I had changed my mind on their clearing my fence (due to extra cost), they did it anyway!!! Afterwards, they cleaned up not only what they had cut, but the leaves and branches that had fallen on my house during the last storm and a trillion sweet gum balls littering the ground. One huge, obnoxious tree was no problem for them... and they took down 2 dead parts of a 3-split tree. These guys were amazing and really went above and beyond! They even swept off my roof and driveway! I HIGHLY recommend them if you need a GREAT, licensed and insured tree service.
